Little Buckaroo, (originally composed for solo trombone and Orchestra), was composed in 1992 for an all western program that featured music from some of Hollywoods biggest western blockbusters. The intention was to create a virtuosic solo piece that captured the spirit and energy of films alike, much like pairing wine with food. This concerto/tone poem is available for a multitude of orchestrations, including Full Orchestra, Wind Ensemble/Band, Brass Band and can be performed with piano accompaniment.

This adventurous concerto is a perfect fit for any family concert, recital or summer pops.

Yippie ki yay!!
