Emmy Award-winning composer Anthony DiLorenzo’s music has been performed by top orchestras and

ensembles throughout the world. His compositions for television and film have brought him particular

acclaim, and his Christmas arrangements for brass have been featured often by the St. Louis Holiday

Brass.

 

“Christmas Cheer” was commissioned in 2016 by the Holiday Brass musicians, the Manchester UMC Choir and friends from the IWBC in celebration of  the 25th anniversary of the these special concerts.This work is also dedicated to for Principal Trumpet of the Saint Louis Symphony, Susan Slaughter, whose keen vision and driving spirit have made this annual event a great St. Louis tradition.
